As a psychologist, one of the most common concerns that I hear about from parents of young children is sleep problems. I’ll write more about this in another blog, but this week I want to talk about sleep problems in teenagers. By the time kids reach adolescence, their parents often give up trying to influence their sleep patterns. But poor sleep is a huge health issue for adolescents.
